UAPA has negotiated a discounted rate of $259 plus tax at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel.

Hotel Deadline

The deadline to receive the UAPA group rate is March 8, 2023. UAPA encourages you to make your reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out before this date. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability and higher rates may apply.

Reservation Cancellation/Early Departure

In order to confirm a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card to which the reservation will be guaranteed. If a guest cancels the reservation later than 48 hours prior to check in day and time, the credit card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Guest will also be required to pay one night’s room and tax if the Guest departs one or more nights earlier than indicated on the reservation, this early departure fee will be waived if the Guest advises Hotel of the change in departure date at check in. Cancellation and early departure fees will not be credited to group for attrition purposes, and are not subject to commission, fee or rebate.
